Aston Resources Invests in MM Mining

On 22 December 2008, Aston subscribed for shares and warrants in MM Mining plc for an undiluted shareholding of approximately 24%.

On 22 December 2008, Aston subscribed for shares and warrants in MM Mining plc for an undiluted shareholding of approximately 24%.

Aston is committed, subject to certain conditions and regulatory approval, to increase this shareholding to approximately 36.7% (undiluted) with the majority of equity to be used in a targeted drill campaign.

Aston also has the option to subscribe to further shares and warrants over a period of approximately 15 months which, if exercised, would further increase Aston's shareholding to approximately 54% (undiluted).  Both Nathan Tinkler and Hamish Collins are to join the Board of Directors of MM Mining plc.  For further information about MM Mining please visit www.mmmining.com.au
